was not able to wake up on time this morning since the sickness is getting worse. but eventually woke up and do picking for my work and sportwear that for my HKSI training course tonight.
luckily vinz came give me a ride.otherwise i m so sure i cannot able to stand longer then 10mins
cannot able to concentrate to my work. very slow reaction. luckily dr H chan's mood was ok this morning. went to see Dr Luk at 11. almost fall asleep when i was wait there. Viral gastritis
lunch until 1:30 w/ josie even i dun feel like eatting anything. just some sport drinks. clinic workload was ok. was not too bad n crowd. thank god
off at 5 for my HKSI class. waited vinz at lokfu. he gives me a ride directly to HKSI.
class is good to. not much exercises or squatting v hv to work on today. only some basic physiology things like cardiovascular, cardiorespiratory system or responses which I had leant before. lovely.
dinner w/ vinz at Taiwai. bumped into samuel...
super exhausted when i m home at 12. fell asleep at when i was hving shower.... WTF!
