todAy yau “yu” lok la….kekeke….a bit rainy today…at the morning 10:30a.m. jou wake up la…then keep on online la…and hving lunch at home lor…then dated fontaine and she gave a “hand letter” to me lor…that is a my melody staberry tea, i like it >0<~*thanks~*& hui dra kui hotel lor…becoz her house needed to do some dress up,so she needed to live in hotel for a week la…kekeke…..after that hui dra causeway bay w/ a very very very handsome boy lor…kekekeke
hahaha….today ngor mo hui swim ar….morning tong evening dou mo hui ar…kekeke…lazy dora…becoz yesterday D fitness & gym tai tired la…eVery pArts of my bOdy dOu giNg paiNfuL…so ng go wanchai la…then i also knew that today programmes are 4*200m.s. sprint wor…dim swim ar…wui kill ppl kar…so tomolo sin hui la…saturday ar…d programmes & fitness maybe more better & easier…so needed to store some more energy!!!
